Iphone 4s wifi problems!

My iphone 4s, could not swipe the wifi connection to On. And i have follow all the instructions given including restoring my iphone,restore the network,use the flight mode.is there any other options left? Or is it because of the wifi chip being damaged? Help me pleaseee! Thank you..
