Signal unavailable after installing ios6.1.3

Hello I have a factory unlocked Iphone 4s and was working great for 5months after purchase and after I upgraded it to 6.1.3 from 6.1.2 I started to have signal issues to the point that says the SIM is recognized but the is no bar at all at SIGNAL Status. (See picture attached)

I restored it to Factory Settings thinking that It could be Software issues, and Worked for a few hours but when I put it into Airplane Mode and disable Airplane mode back to normal, the same problem persists.

I asked a technician and says that this problem, among other problems to different iphones happened when updated to 6.1.3.

Have someone experienced this kind of issues?

I hope that it is only a Software Update and that It can be solve by upgrading to ios7 when it is released next fall.

What can you suggest, I've tried a lot of things, even switching SIM cards works, but for a few moments.....

How was the iPhone 'factory unlocked'?

Was the iPhone purchased unlocked from Apple? Did a wireless

provider sell you the iPhone unlocked? Was it unlocked at a kiosk

or in the shop down the lane?

Has the iPhone been jailbroken?

Well, like I said, I purchased FACTORY UNLOCKED straight from apple.

It has never been Jailbroken, so a Downgrade is out of the table since Its unlikely to be able to do it if I havent ever jailbrake the iphone. So...I guess I have a pretty nice Iphone as an IPOD. Right'?

1. Try a new SIM card,

2. Retore as new in iTunes, wihtout using a backup

Already did that about 4 times in the last 4days.

After restoring to factory settings, and setting it as new Iphone at Itunes (latest version) without backup, I changed the SIM and worked for a few moments, then switched back to the previous sim, and worked the same amount of time.

Did that about four times and then had enough since researching, like i said at the top of this discussion, its an ios6.1.3 problem with some Iphones 4s.

"Some iPhone 4S" - an infinitesimal fraction, actually. More likely a hardware failure occurring during the firmware burning as part of the update. Since you say the phone was "working great for 5 months after purchase", it is still covered by the warranty. Get it replaced.

I cant go to the US (where I bought it) since I moved to another Country relatively far from US... and cant send it.

Will eagerly wait for new ios7 too see if it can be solve.
