iTunes 11 will not recongize 160GB iPod Classic.

After updating iTunes 11 a few days ago on my 2012 MacBook Pro w/Retina, iTunes will no longer recongize my iPod 160GB Classic. My Finder Folder temporaly see's it, but iTune freezes up then gives me two error messages. Photo attached.


I have tried switch iPod cables, restarting the iPod, restarting iTunes, restarting my MacBook...


If anyone can help me, please
