Q: i can't download this update

Please help me with this update, since las night the update does not download, it keeps in waiting......for almost 20 hours already. Thank you!

A:

Press Alt, Command and Esc keys, select App Store and quit it. Then, restart the iMac and install it.

If you can't download the update, install it from the Apple site > http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1667
