So i am going to send in my iphone for a replacement. I got the box, and saw that it was shipping to Unit A, 351 Caldari Rd, Vaughan, ON. I googled this address as it looked odd (with a phone number of 1-555-555-5555, it sets off a red flag) and there was no search results for like 10 pages mentioning apple. What's going on here?

Who did you contact to arrange the replacement? If you're confident that it was Apple and not some 3rd party, you should be fine.
Apple is a bit secretive with shipping. Even the boxes on UPS and FedEx trucks are quite nondescript. It wouldn't surprise me if they have items returned to some nondescript clearing house inside an industrial park.
