Boot camp error: “A media driver your computer needs is missing”

When I try to install windows on my retina macbook pro (early 2013), I get an error message saying: “a media driver your computer needs is missing. This could be a CD, DVD, or USB flash drive with the driver on it, please insert it now.” I thought my ISO image was corrupted, so I downloaded windows 8,1 preview and it still says that. Did anyone have a similar problem, and if yes, how did you get rid of it? 😕

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)
