Tap on the lifestyle folder, hold finger on one of the apps in that folder until it wiggles then drag that appoint of the folder and drag it to where you want it then tap home button once to stop the wiggles
When rearranging the app icons around, if you move one on top of another, both will end up in a folder that iOS thoughtfully creates automatically for you and with a name it creatively comes up with. Mystifying the first times it happens. Useful if you want to group like apps together without having a zillion different screens.
This helped me by solving my question. Have tried to hit the legend.
