how do I sync pc and iPad
Just down loaded lastest iTune and can no longer establish a way to sync my iPad-Pc
What do I need to do.

It sounds like you have iTunes 11, which looks a little different than older versions of iTunes. You can enable the side bar by following these steps:
Show Sidebar - Choose View > Show Sidebar (this feature will display iTunes features on the left side of the application including Library, Store, Shared, Genius, and Playlists).
