Is my motherboard on its way out again?

I had the motherboard replaced on my 17" late 2006 MacBook Pro back in March 2012.

Does this screenshot mean the new one is on its way out, or could there be another reason?

Anyone else had this kind of thing and know where it leads?

The image doesn't open on my computer so I will try posting it again:

I hope it shows up this time. It did on the editing screen but not on the final post.

Update:

No, it still doesn't show up although I can still see it on the editing window; so here is my attempt to get it to show as a JPG instead of a PNG:

Still no luck. I give up - maybe it's just my computer that doesn't reveal the image. So here's my description of the screen shot:

On the image, which is a screenshot of the desktop, there is a large black traingle, one side of which covers the whole height of the window on the left side and goes to a point on the other side of the window. A small part of the contentes of the window makes a grey box on top of part of the triangle. Above the top slope of the triangle there is a distortion of the nromal view with a streak of cyan. The Get Info box which I was opening when this happened lies over the top of the trangle going off to the left.
