Q: Hi,

Hi,

Apple had a delivery of a faulty batch of hard drives. They did send out a warning to bring in for free replacement. I didn't see the e-mail. Anyway, my hard drive crashed. Took the imac to apple who explained the situation and replaced the hard drive free of charge. My problem is I have lost all my itunes purchases over the last 8 years. Can I restore them?

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer.
Have you failed to do this?

If so, not good, you can transfer some itunes purchases in some countries.
