Why won't my music videos play? Recently all of my purchased music videos won't play. The song plays, but no video. They play fine on the PC, but not on iPad.

Is the video compatible with an iPad? Where did you buy them from, what source?
Also which app are you using to view the music videos? The videos app and not the music app, right?
I bought them from iTunes, and have always been able to play them. Only recently did I purchase two new videos and found they wouldn't play. Then realized the others wouldn't play. The song plays but no video.
Are you using the videos app to play them? If you play them in the Music app, all you will get is the music. You have to use the Videos app.
Did this change recently? I had been playing them, and they work on my iTouch. So how do I check or fix this?

Music videos have not played in the music app since iOS 6, I think. You can't "fix" it since it isn't broken. That's how it works on the iPad now. You play music videos in the Videos app on the iPad.
I know many users hate it, because you can't create playlists in the Videos app either without a third party app, or so I have read, IIRC.
You are correct. I have never opened the video app, but they are all in there. I have always played my music through the music app, and the videos are listed and shown there, so assumed they should play there also.
