my App Store is in Chinese? how do I change it?
my App Store is in Chinese. my iPad language settings are in English? suggestions?

I assume that you are in the Chinese App Store, so try changing the store back to your own App Store.
Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID
Tap your ID
Tap View Apple ID
Enter your password
Go to country/region in the popup window to change the store.
If that doesnt't work, sign out of your ID and then sign in again.
