itunes doesn't recognize my ipod
Got a new ipod shuffle computer recognizes it but itunes does not. Have did all the support things and still doesn't work.Any ideas?

Check out the article below for troubleshooting iPod not appearing in iTunes. Also ensure that you are running the latest version of iTunes. And it should work itself out.
