How do you update to iPad and mac using icloud

I am using iCloud. I upload to my iPad and then might change it. How do I access the updated version back at my mac?

Hey kevin1953

I'd read over the following document to access your iCloud documents on your MacBook Pro:

iCloud: Access iWork documents stored in iCloud

Download documents from iCloud iWork to a Mac or Windows computer

Before you can open a document stored in iCloud from a Windows computer or a Mac with OS X v10.7.5 or later, you must download the document to your computer from iCloud iWork.

  1. In iCloud iWork, click the button for the type of document you wish to download: Keynote for presentations, Pages for word processing, or Numbers for spreadsheets.User uploaded file
If necessary, select the folder that contains the document.

  2. Do one of the following:
    • Select a document and choose an option from the Download menu.
    • Select multiple documents to download, and choose Download document type from the Action pop-up menu.
      • On your Mac, Shift-click to select multiple adjacent documents or Command-click to select multiple nonadjacent documents.
      • On your Windows computer, Shift-click to select multiple adjacent documents or Control-click to select multiple nonadjacent documents.

Have a great day,

David
