MAC Pro won't turn on from sleep mode?
My MAC Pro won't click back on from sleep mode. I have to reboot it. It doesn't do this all the time. I just upgraded to Mountain Lion could that be it?

Upgrades don't go as smoothly if you were on 10.6.8. If you were on Lion, should be okay.
Of course did you make sure all you drivers, apps, etc and those utilities you might have been using were current the latest and were certified to work with 10.8.4?
Try reinstalling ML only this time to another drive, leave yours as is for backup and to pull your apps and profile when Setup Assistant asks on restart.
