Ordered a ringtone from my iPad to ring for contact on my iPhone but over an hour and still no ringtone from my contact what is my next thing to do?

Thanks for the question.
It sounds like you have purchased a ringtone on your iPad, and are wanting to transfer it to your iPhone. To do so, you'll want to transfer the purchase from your iPad to your iTunes library:

Once done, you'll then want to sync the ringtone to your iPhone:
