Screen Sharing, Keep Session Active

Hello...

We use Remote Admin/Login on 10.8 Server for multiple users and it works great. But, when a user quits screen sharing from another Mac or VNC Client, that session is then logged out of the server. Not so great if the user has a build or some other app that needs to stay running.

How can I quit screen sharing from my client and leave the session on the server running?
