Q: Purchased audiobook, but only got part 2 in the download to Ipad.  How do I get Part 1?

I purchase an audiobook, but only part 2 of the 2 part book downloaded to my Ipad.  I can't seem to find an answer about how to get part 1 downloaded properly.  When I go to Itunes, it shows the audiobook as downloaded with the radio button grayed out.

iPad, iOS 6.1, Audiobook shows as "Downloaded"
