Itunes will not connect to Iphone update server or CDDB Server

Recently, not sure when it started, my laptop (Windows 7) has been unable to get track information, and unable to "check for iPhone updates". I can connect to iStore with no problem, and even download app updates. I've tried everything I can think of, including disabling firewalls. My programs are up-to-date, and all software is legit (no jailbraking). Please help.

BTW: I can connect at work on WiFi without incident, but at home I use an AT&T wireless card.

Hello managermatt,

I found an article I feel may help in this situation. Named iTunes for Windows: can't access the Internet if proxy settings are incorrect, it can be found here http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1490.

Also I recommend this artice if the above does not resolve the issue:

iTunes for Windows: Network Connectivity Tests

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3204

And lastly, it is always a good idea to restart your computer and the router/modem.

All the very best,

Sterling
