If you can't turn on WiFi then it cannot have an address.

But mine has an IP address even though I cannot turn on the wifi because it was disabled or turned gray. My bluetooth is working fine! What can I do to fix this? Help me pls.

Yes I tried all of that. But I noticed one thing in that in that link the WIFI address is missing while mine has its WIFI IP address still in display! What does that mean? In normal cicumstances when WIFI is turned off your WIFI address will automatically turn off to but mine is different my WIFI is off and yet my WIFI address is still turned on, how is that possible?
