How do I re-run the Setup Assistant in iPhone 5?

Just got an iPhone 5 (Sprint is carrier). I backed up via iCloud the old phone iPhone 4s. Afterwards, I reset the iPhone 5, went through the motions but did not download the complete backup. So I re-set again and was able to retrieve the iTunes backup but now, I want the setup assistant so I can restore from iCloud

Already activated new phone 5 from iphone 4s. However, I don't know how to re-run the setup assistant in order for me to restore from iCloud backup. I also don't know where restore from iCloud backup is located at. Help! Don't know iPhone too well, this is my daughter's phone. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

This doesn't seem to help as it erases not only the content on the iPad but also removes it from my account. I do not want the iPad removed from my account, but instead AFTER I setup my iPad (as it needed an iOS upgrade that would not let me do during the set-up process), I need to restore from my old iPad iCloud back up. It currently won't let me find on my new iPad to restore from. Is there a way to restore from an iCloud backup to my new iPad after set-up?
