MacBook pro recovery trouble

I need to reinstall my OS x and I dont have the CD anymore, early 2011 model, and my iTunes ID isnt linked to a bought OS x, and I cannot access the AppStore from my windows Laptop to buy OS x with my iTunes ID.

What can I do?

is there a place online where I can buy OS x through my iTunes ID.

Help will be greatly appreciated.
