Q: How can I back up my I Phone without using my phone?

My screen is frozen, and I need to back up prior to using my new device. How can I back up without using my screen?

    To unfreeze it, try resetting it by holding the power and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release.  If the screen is still frozen after that, try backing it up to your computer using iTunes by connecting it to your computer, opening iTunes, click on the name of your phone in iTunes, go to the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings and click Back Up Now.  Also go to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases to transfer your purchased media to your iTunes library.
