I need to dispute charges on my iTunes account?

MY mentally challenged son in law has been using my iPad to play Hidden Objects and Dead Zombies. He thought they were free games but now I'm seeing pending charges on my VISA account that I cannot afford. Can you please remove those charges. I have removed the APPs from my iPad.
