Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...

Reset ( No Data will be Lost )

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

Also consider Deleting any Apps you have Purchased / Downloaded but you now never use..

I am "resetting", my iPad, it does not help. It still shuts down!!!

My iPad does the same thing. I have rebooted; no results. I've tried to restore in iTunes; it shuts off and reboots before a restore can complete. I've tried to delete apps; it freezes and reboots.

It's hard to believe that there are no answers posted to this problem. Am I and a few others the only ones to have this problem??? Should I just throw the iPad down on the concrete to see if that will help?

HHave the same problem.I restore my iPad and still shutting down.My problem start after i change the screen.When I push a little harder the screen closes.I use it on a table,and touch the screen gently
