Changing publishers

Hello,

I self-published a book on iBookstore via Lulu several months ago. I didn't have a way of publishing directly at the time, but I have since gotten an iPad. I would like to republish it under my own account, instead of through Lulu.

Are there any known issues I should be aware of when publishing the same book a second time?

Do I have to remove the book from Lulu first before re-publishing?

Do I have to remove the book from Lulu at all?
