What's the name of the update? If you have a Mid 2013 MacBook Air, it has got a special OS X 10.8.4 version, so the Mac App Store might be confused
That's the OS X Mountain Lion installer. If you have an external drive connected, unplug it. If the message doesn't go away, update it. Mac OS X won't be updated in your MacBook but the installer will be updated to include the most recent OS X Mountain Lion maintenance update. Don't worry about this

That's a special OS X 10.8.4. As I told you, the App Store has detected that you have the Mountain Lion installer stored in the MacBook Air and it's not updated, so it's asking you to update it in order to include the most recent update. Note that you won't be able to use that installer to reinstall OS X on the MacBook Air
This isn't a bug. It's just an application update that you have to do, or remove the Mountain Lion installer from Applications folder or the external drive
As I have found... there was an installer in time machine... But this is bug - trully what for os x monitors my external drive?
This isn't a bug. The App Store searches for applications in all your drives, including external disks, so it's normal that you see updates for apps stored in an external disk. Just update it.

and to my mind its much more easier to reinstal internet recovery insted making bootable drive!
If you make a bootable copy, you won't have to download Mac OS X every time you need to reinstall Mac OS X. Note that you won't be able to use the bootable copy with the MacBook Air

And I have good internet speed 80-100 mb over the world.. downloadingn takes up to 20 minutes of whole 4,44 gb!
The Mountain Lion installer includes a Mac OS X version which isn't compatible with your MacBook Air. When 10.8.5 is launched, you will be able to use the OS X Mountain Lion installer. Also, you will be able to reinstall OS X Mountain Lion through Recovery free of charge
