I downloaded a rental movie from iTunes, a week later I had to change my iPad at the apple store due to a fault. When I setup the new iPad the movie had gone from my iTunes account! I hadn't watched it and was well within my 30 day period. How do I get it
I downloaded a rental movie from iTunes and before I had begun watching it, I had to take the iPad back to the store as it had a fault. I got a new one and when I set it up via my computer the iPad did not have the movie there, and it had also disappeared from my iTunes. I'm a bit peeved as I've paid the rental and am well within my 30 day period. How do I get it back?
