Jan 18, 2014 5:51 AM in response to bonsoyby kuyumcus,I have just the same problem.
I sent my first verison of the book. I asked for corrections and resend again. I asked for additional corrections and tried to deliver again however I can not! I tired many things and tried several times however it did not work!
If there is no explanation on anywhere what does error code mean? Please explain this error code!

Jan 18, 2014 6:47 AM in response to kuyumcusby bonsoy,I resolved this problem. You should address the sample pages and book cover even it says you don't have to. There should be no blank tabs left in delivery process window. The "null" message stands for that as i understood. Hope this will solve your problem.

Jan 19, 2014 12:08 AM in response to bonsoyby kuyumcus,I do not understand something. Error Codes are very useful things to make trouble clear for both customer and Apple. However I have error code which has no explanation on neither in forum nor in help section.
Nobody understand what does this code mean and nobody could help.
I spent several house to solve the problem which is waste of time and I have to manage my time very carefully. I did publish my book easily in all platforms except Apple.
This is the Error that I recieved.
Apple's web service operation was not successful
Unable to authenticate the package: 10028760321.itmsp
ERROR ITMS-9000: "null" at Book (MZItmspBookPackage)

Jan 19, 2014 2:03 AM in response to kuyumcusby bonsoy,I'm totally agree with you. Unfortunately, apple does not help customers because the error codes are useless as you mentioned. Hope you will find a solution.

Jan 20, 2014 2:00 PM in response to kuyumcusby vinnyvg,If your book delivered and you had the Green Tick of success, your book is in review.
Go to your iTunes Connect and open Manage your Books - you should see your book,
Also when you open your iTC, under the Manage your bookm you will see "Ticket History" open and check if any has been issued.
There are many instances when this error and similar have been given... but the book is uploaded and either gets a ticket or is sent on to the store.
iTunes Connect is your "Control Panel" learn how its set out and how useful it is for checking your books.

Jan 21, 2014 2:59 PM in response to kuyumcusby vinnyvg,Is the error preventing the upload ?
Did you continue to use the same iTunes Prucer package / same Vendor and ID numbers - if not you need to!
The book uses these once you deliver the package to the review team...
If you book has uploaded and the error msg was recieved, its with the review team - again, keep checking in your iTunesConnect.
IF you book did not deliver after your second ticket repairs, what needed correction in the Ticket?

Jan 21, 2014 10:18 PM in response to vinnyvgby kuyumcus,Yes unfortunately I can not upload. Everything the same even file name (I aso tried several different file names).
Ticket is: Issues:<br/><br/>-In portrait mode view, the title of the book in the iBooks-generated table of contents is cut off now. Please fix or, as an alternative, set to landscape mode only. See the iBookstore Formatting Guidelines, section 14.1.<br/><br/>-This book contains items that overlap when viewed in iBooks. For example, in portrait mode, header text for most chapters. Please correct. See the iBooks Store Formatting Guidelines, section 13.9.<br/><br/>-Please redeliver your corrected full book file with a matching, corrected iBooks Author preview file.<br/><br/>
I corrected everything that they asked for.
Thanks for trying to help. I really appreciate.

Jan 23, 2014 1:06 AM in response to kuyumcusby vinnyvg,If you did not edit your book in portrait mode...and created the book in landscape mode, you need to disable portrait orientation.
You have created objects which overlap, not knowing your content, it means you have to check everything ie text boxes overlapping.
I had this in a book and it was text boxes under images!
If you want your book to be viewed in both portrait and landscape, you have to check content in the correct screen orientation. Locking out portrait could cure most of your issues.

Jan 23, 2014 5:21 AM in response to vinnyvgby kuyumcus,I do not understand what you mean.
I uploaded sucesfully the book with this errors and they opened ticket.
I corrected it (locking portrait etc) this errors in the book and can not upload. Why do you telling me about locking portrait etc?
Is it not ok to locking it? Am I have to create a book which should viewed in both portrait and landscape?

Jan 23, 2014 3:03 PM in response to kuyumcusby vinnyvg,I uploaded sucesfully the book with this errors and they opened ticket.
My other reply address the issues raised in your ticket - the problems seems mostly because your book is not edited to be viewed correctly in both portrait and landscape.
You will see large images in LS become like thumbnails in Portrait. The text moves to suit potrait.
IF you you created your book in Landscape and did no editing in portrait - the content does not show corerectly.
The easy way to understand your problem, is preview your book on your iPad and turn it from landscape to portrait viewing. In the top meny you will see to page icons, LS and Por , open your book and select any page.. now change the orientation using these icons - your page will change and your content is displayed differently.
YOU have to decide how you want your book to be viewed and build it accordingly. If you used a landscape template and made no changes to view in portrait, its better to open the inspector, Firts icon on left, the book icon, open and in Document .. at the bottom check "Disable portrait orientation".
Or if you prefer, go back and check and correect the problems you have when viewed in Portait mode.
