Q: error itms-9000 "null" at book

I'm trying to publish my ebook via itunes connect but I receive an error message "Error itms-9000 "null" at book." I don't understand it and cannot manage solving it. the book will be free and i've got an isbn for it.

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)

    Ok, so you corrected the second ticket and re- uploaded the corrected book.

     

    Is it now in the store and  available  to the public?

    The problem started at this point. I corrected the second ticket and tried to re-upload however could not due to this error.

    You say  you corrected all the issues made on the second ticket - which will now not upload.

     

    So logically  we need to know what changes you made.

     

    Did you upload using the same/original   xxxxxxxxxxx.itmsp  generated when you used publish in iBA to  upload your book - if not  - you should. Using publish again is a second application to submit the same book and Apple guard against duplications.
