My Pages application is in spanish how do i change it to english?

If all the menus and prompts are in Spanish, that's because your system is set to Spanish as the default location. Or, you used a third party app to change the operating language for one or more apps.

More likely though, you are looking at one of the templates and are seeing Placeholder Text. Placeholder Text is just there to illustrate the formatting. Click on it and type in any language you like, and you will get whatever language you are typing in. I think you will find that the Placeholder Text consists of Latin words and phrases, not Spanish.
