Can't receive email with Mac Mail OS 10.8.4

I'm having problem receiving email. I can send fine, but not receive.

My settings are correct, I compare them side by side with my AirBook.

The Connection Doctor isn't having any problem reaching the server and shows that everything is fine.

I was able to receive mail perfectly fine on the AirBook, simoultaneously connected to the same Network, so it's not a network connection issue.

I checked & re-checked my Passwords and know they're correct.

I am accessing my own domain name, not Yahoo, Gmail or something such as that.

I can get my email using a Browser to connect to my account.

The accounts are set as "active".

The only possible glitch I can imagine, is I tried it a couple of times using the incorrect password. The Server is not denying access because of the failed attemps, as I could access it from my phone, my AirBook and through a Browser. Conceivably the Server has some sort of "delay" if the same IP Address tries and fails a few times, in a short time span ... so I waited and tried it again an hour later, without success. Is it possible that Mail is submitting an incorrect password when it attemps to get mail, even though the connection doctor is submitting the correct one? I thought about leaving the password field blank and waiting for the dialogue box to ask me, but left the office in aggravation and didn't get to try that.

Any ideas?

Disable all acounts except the one you're having trouble with. From the Mail menu bar, select

Window ▹ Connection Doctor

Click the Show Detail button. A drawer opens. Try again to retrieve mail and post the text that appears. Anonymize any personal information before posting.

I can send but not receive emails on my Mac. Receiving fine on my i-phone. This is what Details in Connection Doctor say:
