Syncing windows computer to iPad

I am syncing my windows computer to the iPhone and iPad. The iPhone syncs everything. The iPad only syncs photos. None of my music syncs to the iPad. All the albums downloaded from cd's are not syncing to the iPad. Any suggestion? Thanks
