I have an iPhone 4S and it won't enable Wi-Fi. In the settings there are no networks available and there are no options available on the Wi-Fi page. The Off slider won't move from "Off"
Also, the Bluetooth won't come out of search when I am in a Bluetooth environment like my car.

If this doesn't work, there's something in the device that could have broken and it needs to be replaced. Go to an Apple Store (make an appointment first). If your iPhone is out of warranty, you'll have to pay the out-of-warranty fee
