Please help me with my itunes!!!!

hi, recently i accidently deleted some files which now has meant my laptop wont boot up so is basically useless. This laptop has all my itunes stuff on like music and photos. More recently iwent on holiday and had my iphone stolen(stupidly i never made a back up on this phone:( ). Is there a way of getting all my data on my broken laptop onto a different computer or laptop to then put onto my new iphone. Any help is really appreciated! thanks.
