Can't sign in iTunes

Couldn't sign in iTunes from setting ;-(

iPad 2, iOS 6.1.2

If you can't sign in at Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID, try rebooting your iPad.


Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Try closing all apps completely, reboot again and then try again.


Tap the home button once. Then tap the home button twice and the recents tray will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus ➖ sign in the upper left corner of all the app icons. Tap the home button twice.

I have been tried already. Both of the featured tab in App Store and iTunes at the bottom of the page.

It's fine. Both are logged in already. But the problem is couldn't download anything from the store .

It doesn't appear. Such an Installing, loading,. It just happen around ten days ago. At the first time i tried to download Wechat app for my iPad but it didn't available. And I didn't notice about that. Coz the store happens often like that.

By the way, I'm using same acc in my iPad 2 and iPhone 4. Last time when I download the app it's installed at both of the device. Acc just available for iphone. Now, there's no problem in my phone, just iPad.

Pls help me !

I understand now. I thought that you were having problems signing in to your account, but that's not the issue. So try signing out now and then sign in again and see if that helps.


Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.


Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try again.


This is something else that you can try. You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. It does take some time to re-enter all of your settings in the settings app.
