Apple TV Wifi Settings and Configurator 1.3

I am trying to push out a wifi profile to an Apple TV using Configurator 1.3. I have successfully done this in the past with older versions of configurator. Now when I plug in the Apple TV, Configurator picks up that a device is plugged by showing a 1 over the Prepare icon however when I click on Install Profile I get a window come up asking "Choose the device on which you would like to install and attach it to the Mac with the USB cable" and no iOS devices are available. Has anybody successfully used Configurator 1.3 to push out a wifi profile to Apple TV or is it broken?
