Q: My iphone 4 is not picking up bluetooth signal

I am unable to connect my iphone 4 to my Bose sound system via bluetooth. It was working fine until one of our guests connected his Ipad (via bluetooth). When I try to connect the Bose device is 'undiscoverable'. I don;t understand - I have been connecting via bluetooth for the past 4 months without a problem. I am using the latest software IOS 6.1.3. Please help!

Use the manual for your Bose and clear out past pairings and put it in discoverable mode then pair your iPad again.
