I'm in Bangladesh, How can I put my Billing Address to open an Apple ID ? Bangladesh is not listed in `Cuontry' Selection options Why ?

Call apple and have them contact Itunes store to add it.
Apple does not have an iTunes Store in Bangladesh.
I just visited appleid.apple.com and Bangladesh is listed as a country for primary address.
Clarifying if you are just creating an AppleID or if you are trying to access iTunes store? As previously stated, Bangladesh currently does not have an iTunes store.
