Call AppleCare in your country or go to an Apple Store genius bar

Call AppleCare. If you're outside of the free 90 days of telephone support, you will pay for the call.
Alternately, you could try explaining to us what your problem is and maybe we can help you.
Hi Tim, my partners iphone won't charge or turn on its just the low battery logo coming and we have tried the online support and been messed around for the last 3 hours...... Might have to call them tomorrow
Have you tried a different charger or plugged it in to a different USB port on a computer?
