My iphone 5 will not rotate pics received n text messages, although it used to. Web pages rotate, pics in camera roll rotate, email rotates. Rotation lock is off..... anyone experiencing this too?

Got it..... followed these steps: double click home button. When multitasking bar appears, click and hold on messages icon till red x appears. Click red x to get rid of icon. Go back to message and screen flips now.
Update your iOS.
Settings > General > Software update.
You should be at 6.1.4.
Reset the iPhone. Nothing will be erased.
Press & hold both Home & Power until you see the Apple logo (ignore the red power off slider).
The ios 7 and above have cards not multitasking bar. How can the rotation be enabled ?
