Ghosting on MacBook Pro Retina 15"

Yes, its the known and often talked about "Ghosting issue" on the MacBook Pro Retina 15" and yes, the Ghosting on my Screen is longer than 3 minutes.

Is there any possility to repair or replace it with a Samsung display ?

MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4), Fucking LG Screen
