i have the iPhone 4 and am running windows vista. just updated the windows software, resarted the computer, and restarted my iPhone. i am trying to manually manage my music, but the "on theis iPhone" tab wont appear when i click the device tab from my actual iTunes library. please help!

To add to this:
I have four devices plugged in and showing in my iTunes right now. An iPad 3rd Gen, an iPad Mini w/Retina, an iPhone 4S and an iPhone 5S. I can see the "On This <iDevice>" tab on each device except my iPhone 5S. I have seen it on the iPhone 5S occasionally but I can't seem to figure out why it disappears seemingly randomly on just that device.
OMG, shoot me... I just counted the tabs, realized that podcasts were only on that device and not the others... making an extra tab. I made the window bigger... low and behold... extra tab. Now someone please shoot me... SOLVED. Oi. -.-
