My MacBook Pro is on but the screen is gray and I can see the arrow but nothing happens
How can I fix my MacBook Pro? The screen gets gray and the arrow is visible and I'm able to move it but nothing opens. Can someone help me?
First thing to try is to hold down the ON button until it does a hard boot. This should restart it and it will probably clear.
