Are bans permanent?

I don't know why I got banned from support communities. It just says I was banned.


My account had over 200 points and I don't want to lose them OR my support communities account :(

The usual reason for a ban would be a violation of the Terms of Use, to that you agreed when you joined the Apple Support Communities. If you think about your recent posts, is there anything that might have been considered out of bounds?

Email banning someone usually (always?) has the reason, are you saying the email you got just said"Hi, You are banned, bye"?


Looking at some of your last posts nothing looks out of whack. I suppose you have tried logging in to you old account, what message do you get when you try?


I reported your situataion using the old account name, see if that helps any.
