The password reset did NOT WORK! I am going crazy! HELP?!?

Today I was playing an app, in the app I needed more money (game money) so I went to the store in the app to buy extra money. I clicked on the

$1.99 one. After typing in my correct password, a notification popped up saying verification required, none of my answers were right, apparently.

Can someone help me out here. On the apple site, i read the thing to tell you the resolution and it said to reset my password. Then i did.

Then I tried again and the same thing popped up. Help? Please?
