Cannot play YouTube videos

If you are trying to view YouTube content from Safari, that requires Flash which cannot be installed on an iPad.

A workaround would be to download the You Tube app > YouTube for iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad on the iTunes App Store

Try by using Safari then Preferences and Security....Internet Plug-ins and allow Plug ins......not ticked, now ticked ......this worked for me as ~No Videos were playing on any site including Netflix

I had a similar problem You may need to install either Adobe Flash Player or a clik-to flash player that i can give you more information about if you are interested Alternative would be to use Chrome as a second browser and play it there

ignore my comment immediately above about Flash Player- according to ms Samit, you can't install Flash on iPad. You may still be able to use Chrome on your iPad for potential easier viewing

YouTube doesn't play on chrome either.
