Where do I go to view or change my security questions

This isn't the first time this has happened to me. When I first got my iPhone 4S my original Apple ID wasn't usable on my new iPhone and I couldn't buy music without it asking me to put in my security questions. But the security questions answers were correct so I just made a new Apple ID and I think I have to do that again cause it just happened to me again.
