My iphone5 is having trouble when im scrolling. It is just freezing and i cant scroll it until a certain time. What could be the remedy? Is their a problem on the software or hardware? Pls answer. It's really bothering me. I bought it 3months ago, and yet it has already problems like this,

Try these steps as needed:
1. Reset phone (no data loss): Press both home and power buttons for at least 10 seconds, releasing when the Apple logo appears.
2. Restore in iTunes using a backup
3. Restore as new, without using a backup.
