create link for Journal / share Journal

I can't create links for new (or old) Journals with iPad 3rd gen.

iPhoto works and works, but The options are still grey.

Internet by wifi ok.

There is also enough space in the cloud.

I dont wanna reinstall iPhoto, because i don't want to Loose my Old journals.
